Inc. receives thousands of submissions every year, and the final list is announced after a rigorous review of companies that have created exceptional workplaces. As part of the review process, Inc. reviews an anonymous employee survey that covers topics including: growth and development opportunities, inclusion, management effectiveness, leadership behaviors, and overall company culture. Every company’s benefits and perks are also reviewed to determine the overall score and ranking.
